Remote Support Services

For adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities who wish to live independently in their own home, Waypoint offers remote support services which provides remote support and smart home technology. Remote support services offers; privacy, as-needed support remote staffing support, and promotes independence. Our iCoaches, who are experienced Direct Care Professionals, provide support specific to the member-developed care plan; this can include skill development, coaching on activities of daily living, cooking and kitchen safety, medication reminders, and support with safety concerns.
